635HP Cummins QSM11 Diese Marine Engines, 6 cylinders in-line
Removed them w/o issues from a 2003 48ft Sea Ray. Previous wanted more power and re-powered with New 900HP Volvos.
Only 1,200 hours on both before below overhaul.
Installed Brand New Turbos, Injectors.
Turned up Engine overhead, injector timing and valve setting.
Complete Cooling System, Heat Exchanger ultrasonic cleaned.
All new filters and hoses.
Alternator and Raw pump included
Transmission cooler is centered 10 degrees angler
Electro Clean Cooling system heat exchanger.
Includes dry manifolds.
Transmission included 5114 ratio has to be calculated. no sticker on transmission..
