Shipping Terms

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping/Handling is calculated through our website in the listing (you may need to enter your postal code to verify rates).
SAME DAY SHIPPING processing for confirmed orders paid within 24 hours. Payments received after then will still be sent same day if possible (we’ll make every effort), but no later than the next business day.
We reserve the right to modify if calculated incorrectly due to a weight/measurement error.
Note that shipment costs & delivery times to Papua & Sulawesi are higher/longer based on location.
UPS rates are calculated through our website based on the weight/dimensions of the item purchased & the distance from us to you. If you find a similar item can be shipped for less from elsewhere, chances are they are located closer to you. If you are unhappy with the shipping rates or feel there is an error with the shipping calculator, let us know before purchasing or making a bid and we will look into other shipping options if they are available. Your purchase is acknowledgement that shipping amounts are 5-star service worthy as rates determined are outside of our control.
We generally process items the same day paid (when paid by 12:00PM WIB on a business day). The time until you receive your item is thus based on what service you pay for rather than how fast we ship (time of delivery to you is fully within your control based on what service you choose). If an item is damaged, please refuse the shipment for expedited claim processing. If you don’t notice a damaged item until opened or weren’t able to refuse the shipment, please keep all packing materials and contact us directly in order to process claims quickly. If you do not keep the packing material, we will not be able to process a damage claim or return. If you return the item before a shipping company pickup or inspection, we will not be able to process a damage claim or return.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please verify if this listing qualifies for international shipment as not all do. If you’re not sure, ask and we’ll let you know.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to order/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up (do not confuse them for additional shipping charges).
We have no control over how long an item stays in customs. If you need an item faster, please pay for a guaranteed faster shipping method (& even then realize that customs delays are still possible & beyond our control).

RETURNS
RETURNS allowed on defective items or items received that are not as advertised (not including as-is items) if returned within 30 days from the purchase date for exchange if available or full refund of the purchase price if not.
Refunds will not be given if the item is not returned and received (in the same condition it was sent) within 30 days after the Invoice purchase date.
Returns of items after 30 days or items as described not accepted (or 10%+ restock fee)
